These Terms govern your use of the PerkNudge mobile app, browser extension, and related services (the “Service”), provided by PerkNudge. By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PerkNudge helps you track points, miles, and rewards offers and surfaces time-sensitive opportunities. To do this you use the browser extension to read balances from loyalty/airline/hotel sites where you are logged in. You control which sites you connect and can disconnect them at any time.
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

You are responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party loyalty program, airline, hotel, or bank you connect. PerkNudge is not affiliated with or endorsed by those programs; their names and marks are used only to identify your accounts (nominative fair use).
PerkNudge provides informational tools and suggestions. We are not a financial advisor, broker, or travel agent. Recommendations are estimates based on data that can be incomplete or out of date.
Critical: Award pricing and seat availability change constantly. Always verify award availability directly with the loyalty program before transferring points — transferred points generally cannot be returned, and any resulting loss is yours. We confirm award-chart pricing where cited; we cannot guarantee seat availability.
You are solely responsible for your points, transfers, redemptions, and financial decisions.
Core PerkNudge is free to use: portfolio tracking, unlimited programs, expiration and transfer-bonus alerts, and card-offer capture and browsing all stay free, no card required. PerkNudge Pro is an optional paid tier that adds offer automation (one-tap add-all, background auto-add, and the merchant nudge before you pay). Pro is sold as an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase; current prices are on our pricing page.
“Lifetime” means the lifetime of the PerkNudge product, not the lifetime of the purchaser. A lifetime purchase grants Pro access for as long as we operate the Service. If we ever discontinue PerkNudge, lifetime access ends when the Service does; it is not a promise of support or availability in perpetuity.
Pro's features can change over time. We may add, modify, or remove features of the Service, including features of Pro, as the product develops. Much of what Pro automates depends on companies we do not control — card issuers, loyalty programs, and their websites and apps — and a change on their side can degrade or end a feature with no notice to us and no way for us to restore it. We therefore cannot guarantee that any particular feature will stay available for any particular length of time, and a purchase buys access to Pro as a whole rather than to any single feature. If we permanently remove a feature that was a core part of Pro when you bought it, and we do not replace it with something comparable, write to us at support@perknudge.com within 90 days of the removal and we will refund you: if you are an annual subscriber, the unused portion of your current term; if you bought lifetime access, the amount you paid less one sixtieth for each full month since your purchase date. That refund is your sole remedy for a change to or removal of a feature, and the limit in Section 10 does not apply to it.

Annual plans auto-renew each year at the price you locked in when you subscribed. That renewal price will not increase while your subscription stays active, though list prices for new subscribers may change over time. We send a reminder email before every renewal charge. You can cancel any time through the Stripe customer portal, linked from the extension's Settings. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
You retain ownership of the data you provide or connect. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the right to connect any account or data you add.
The Service, including its software, design, and “PerkNudge” name and logo, is owned by us and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
The Service integrates third parties (e.g., Supabase, Apple, Google). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any recommendation will be accurate or profitable.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost points, miles, profits, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., 4, 5, 7, 9–11) survive termination.
Transfers of the Service. Your account and your Pro access are personal to you and cannot be sold or transferred to anyone else. We may transfer these Terms and our obligations under them — including annual and lifetime Pro access — to a successor as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, and we will say so in the Service if that happens. If PerkNudge is wound down rather than transferred, what “lifetime” means is governed by Section 5.
We may update these Terms. We will always post the new effective date at the top of this page, and for material changes we will make reasonable efforts to tell you as well — by email to the address on your account, in the Service, or both. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the Service; if you bought Pro and a change materially reduces what you paid for, Section 5 covers what you are owed.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
